Service
Layary is a tool for recording wine, whiskey, and other beverages and creating collages with photos, stickers, and text. Product search and label recognition results are for reference only, and actual labeling should be checked first.
Account and Use
Local history is available without an account. Account backup is optional after a supported login provider is activated. Users must safely manage access to their accounts and devices, and take immediate action if they become aware of unauthorized use.
User content
The rights to photos, text, and collages belong to the user. Users must only add content that they have the right to use, and must not infringe on the copyright, portrait rights, or personal information of others. When you turn on backups, the service will process your content only to the extent necessary for storage, synchronization, and restoration.
prohibited act
Unauthorized access to, collection of, or reverse engineering of content, services or data that violates laws or infringes on the rights of others, as well as automated requests that interfere with service operation, are prohibited.
Subscribe to Plus
Plus is an auto-renewable subscription that offers photorealistic, illustrated, and hand-drawn sticker styles. Price, period, and renewal date are confirmed on the purchase screen, and payment, cancellation, and refund follow Apple App Store policies and account settings. If you do not wish to renew, you must cancel in the App Store before the end of your current subscription period.
Withdrawal of subscription and refund
After digital content is provided immediately, cancellation of subscription may be restricted in accordance with relevant laws and regulations. Purchase cancellation and refund requests are made using Apple's problem reporting and refund procedures, and rights guaranteed by law are not limited by these Terms and Conditions.
Service change/discontinuation
We may change or suspend features for safety, legal, external provider policy, or product improvement reasons. Changes that significantly affect user rights will be notified through notices or updates within the app.
scope of responsibility
We strive to provide services reliably and protect data within a reasonable range. However, liability may be limited to the extent permitted by relevant laws for reasons beyond the control of the service, such as incorrect input or arbitrary deletion by the user, loss of the device, or external service failure.
Account termination/inquiry/dispute
You can delete your account and server backup in Settings. For service, billing, refund, or privacy inquiries, contact jiniancompany@gmail.com or 010-4972-9231. Korean law applies, and unresolved disputes will be handled by the court with jurisdiction under applicable law.
